Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 5 business days of placement.  During the summer months shipment days will be Monday - Tuesday in an effort to avoid your candles sitting in a hot truck over the weekend. 
helô company has no control over your order once it has left our hands.  When applicable, you will be provided the tracking number/numbers for your order for your tracking. 
Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your order to be delivered; if your order has not been received within that time contact us at hello@helocompany and we will assist you.
