Refunds
As the founder of helô company I want nothing more than for my customers to be satisfied with their purchases.  If you are not satisfied please reach out to us and will try to resolve your issued.  Due to the nature of our products, helô company does not accept returns more than two weeks after delivery of products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please include photos of the item with your email to expedite the process.  Including a damaged shipping box, when applicable.
